Edwards Engineering Consultants, LLC provided roadway design
services for all three portions of this project in Milwaukee, Racine
and Kenosha counties, as a member of various design teams
retained by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The project
spanned 35 miles and generally converted six-lanes of freeway to an
eight-lane design.
Responsibilities included roadway design, drainage and CAD
support during preliminary engineering and final design.
